Updating the Plugin

1. Run hp-check -t
   • If there are any unfullfilled dependencies listed at the bottom of the results, install them.
2. Check the version number at the top of the output.
3. Go to this URL:
   • https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins
4. Download both the
   • .run file and the
   • .run.asc file (with appropriate version number)
5. Now install the plugin file with:
   • hp-plugin
6. When hp-plugin asks for the path, give the path to the .run file
   • (Not the .run.asc file)
7. Now as a normal user run hp-setup
